I read this in July issue of Car & Driver:
ENGINE
Type: turbocharged and intercooled inline-4, aluminum block and head
Bore x stroke: 3.44 x 3.70 in, 87.5 x 94.0mm
Displacement: 138 cu in, 2261cc
Compression ratio: 9.5:1
Fuel-delivery system: direct injection
Turbocharger: Hitachi
Maximum boost pressure: 15.6 psi
Valve gear: chain-driven double overhead cams, 4 valves per cylinder, hydraulic lifters, variable intake-valve timing
Power (SAE net): 244 bhp @ 5000 rpm
Torque (SAE net): 258 lb-ft @ 2500 rpm
Redline: 6700 rpm
Also, the TC seems to be a Hitachi unit (not Garrett) with a slightly recalibrater cold end impeller to spool it up faster than the MS6 unit and thus the boost coming in 500RPM lower at 2500RPM in the CX-7 vs 3000RPM for the MS6.
