Turbo Manifold

What am I looking at here? Is it a mold or jig? IDK, sorry
*Nevermind, I watched the other videos now.

Looks like it weighs as much as an Anchor.

Is this many a direct replace for MSPs or has this not been established?

Why would I want this instead of a Hiboost cast iron?

I don't have any of the concerns about turbo placement since my P5 will be a full custom FI setup

It will finish at 12 lbs so no it isn't an "anchor" If you check out the Horsepower Freaks website and look at the internal photographs of their M3 BMW manifold you will see that I hollow out the insides to lighten the manifolds.

Right now I just want to test fit it so I am getting it to the point where I can tack weld the parts together just for that purpose. If all is well I will take it apart and finish the machining and get it welded together permanently.

I'm in and very impressed!!

No offense intended

Looks like a quality piece.

Maybe with a T3 flange?

I can do other flanges to order but I'll need a little help with working out the flange position. If someone can get some pics of a T3 held up to the stock manifold that would assist me in getting started. I imagine it would need to be bolted at an angle for clearance so if I can see roughly how it needs to be I can work out a drawing.

The more I look at the videos the more I like the design. I'm usually more of a tubular design guy but this design is growing on me. Can't wait to see what the final will look like.

thats my feelings exactly, I really like it right now.

I would rather see 1320 numbers than dyno myself! They are more meaningfull.

I'd like to see a dyno on a stock car whit your many. We know roughly what a stock car dynos so I'd like to see the improvement it would have with your manifold on it.

So would I! Hard to find someone who will run back to back dyno pulls though. The runner design is intended to reflect the exhaust pulses directly into the turbo from each cylinder to gain the fastest possible rise in boost. If my thinking is correct you should gain some bottom end as well as free flow at the higher revs. I'll post some more video later so you can see all the components + the lightening I have done on the insides.
