I've been hearing a hissing/air compressor-like sound when i floor my car. i'm not sure if it was always there and i started hearing it after toning down my exhaust sound with a resonator (now back without resonator and still hear it) or it has anything to do with boost leak.
What is evident about a boost leak
what should i look for in the engine bay or while driving
after removing resonator/turbo tube, car is performing almost as it was before installing the turbo tube, but something just doeesn't feel right, especially when the car feels lethargic and i hear the hissing sound when rpms climb.

i'll read replies and most likely set up an appointment at the dealer to at least check out the car
