Turbine shaft

I was having problems with my car studdering after 5 PSI of boost, then wednsday on my way home from work I heard that loud siren noise coming from my turbo, and I heard a grinding/chunk noise when I step on the pedal. I took a video of the turbine with my phone so i could see in there and it seems the turbine is just bouncing around off the housing like the shaft is loose. There is no smoke coming out and if I got WOT I can build like 1-2 lbs of boost lol.. So would I have to dis assemble the turbo and tighten the Shaft or what? I kinda just want to buy a cheap ebay Turbo and sell the car,l but I am not sure which one to buy that will bolt right up.. I know its a GT25 but if someone could give me a link to an ebay turbo that would bolt up fine I'd appreciate it. I feel like thats a better route than trying to disassemble the turbo. Plus the turbo has been on the car for the 155k miles now so I'd rather swap it out anyway.

The shafts can actually snap in two. Ive had that happen on a few IHI's over the years that i pushed to much. Otherwise the little nut thats holds the compressor wheel on might have loosened up. Either way its not as simple as just putting it back. As it either are going to damage the wheel, and your going to be replacing parts, and needing at least a re-balance.
