PowerFab Automotive in the Houston area specializes in Haltech. Just had my car tuned from them and so far I'm very pleased with how the car is running. You could give them a call and ask for Bryan who is there tuner and say you were recommended by another Mazda owner named David who you recently worked with. He's an knowledgeable guy and very easy to talk to.
