Trying to find out the Production # of our Canadian MP3s ourself!!!

I really want to find out the actually production # on my car! May be we could gather the last 4 digits of our VIN# and take a closer guess! my last 4 number is 7749! My guess is the first one might start at 7600! If that is true, then my Production # will be 150/250!

Need help from the US MP3 owner?

I don't know if the VIN# for the US and the Canadian version is related or not, but all I know is that there are only 1750 MP3s in the world. I have done some research and no MP3 in other countries. In Japan, they have a limited edition kind of Protege for only 100 of them built for Japan. But they look a little bit different though. I need you guys help especially for those who has the production #. Then we can start doing the Math. after!

I think we need to research the american numbers...wherever we find the missing 250 numbers in 1500 we know where the Canadian MP3's sit...then from there we can look at the VIN i think

NO, the spec like the daytime running light and some other small stuffs make the US and Canadian version not in the same group to bulit! I expect they will either bulit the US version first or after! That's why we have to look at the last 4 digit of the VIN #!!
