look for a vacumm leak ,mainly by the firewall ,make sure everything is connected ,leak of air is deadly on the tributes no matter how small the leak is. Clean the idle control ,forgot what they call it but its where the air filter tube meets upand the idle control valve sensor ,it's the piece where you accelerate and the top opens to give the intake air,looks like a carburerator ,clean all the gunk around it with parts cleaner. before you do anyhting else
