Transfer case leaking again!!!

Theres oil on the left driveshaft at the boot and a small drip off the case.
It is a very very very small leak but enough to where its starting to smell a little.

This will be the third time I have had to go to the dealership to get this fixed. I am currently at 34,500 miles. And im pretty sure my warranty is out now. But since its been fixed 2x this year Im guessing its still under warranty?

Anybody know for sure

If it is on the record as being fixed at a dealership, I don't see why it wouldn't be warranted. Plus if your close to the mileage/age allowance, some dealerships are understanding (at least mine is)

Hope so.... I have a feeling they might have to put a new transfer case in. .
