Tranny swap?

Im in an 08 3 and id like to look in to a manual transmission swap. I have no idea where to start... anyone trying to help?

The swap itself is pretty easy, however the wiring is where it gets rough. You will need a manual transmission ECU, and maybe some harnesses.

You may also need new CV shafts.
