Depends on how you drive it. If you are careful and shift carefully then it should be able to hold 250+ HP. If you are like me and drag race and power shift then it won't last long.
One of the problems is not the gears, but the housing. Where the housing bolts into the rear mounts is very weak. Launching hard and wheel hop will cause them to break the actual housing and can leave a hole cause fluid leak.
Get front and rear engine mounts and have someone make some braces for the tranny, thats what I did.
