Trailer Wiring Harness

Honestly the pem wiring is what I would expect from a valie peiced ebay kit. I'd get the curt kit for less. You can run the power wire wherever you want as long as the wire and fuse are up to par. Unless you want to drape the wire outside whenever you need it you will have it outside. There are multiple grommets specifically for outside access on the car. About 4 or so in the spare area and 1 on each side where the oem rear foglight wire runs outside.

Is there a way to run the POWER wire through the vehicles INTERIOR?

I don't want to run it underneath the car.

You have three options.
1 Tap the power jack that is already installed in the back (With a separate fuse)
2. Run inside the vehicle to the fuse block by the drivers left leg. See other posts on getting power from there.
3. Follow the instructions here http://ep.yimg.com/ty/cdn/yhst-24809...tchharness.pdf to use a existing spare wire from the front near the battery to a connector in the back.

Not sure how practical this is, but after I installed the oem wiring harness on my 2015 using the wiretaps I realized I could've done it differently. I could have gotten the curt setup to plug and play into the taillight sockets, and used the oem setup to tap into the curt setup instead of the taillights directly. This way, the setup is still plug and play in case you need to remove it or something goes wrong with the wiretaps, the power is provided separately and without running a wire the length of the car, and there's no wiretaps on the vehicle wires.
