Hey, don't take any s*** about that GMC !! My wife's best friend has one and loves it. The in-laws just got one and love it and we just picked up our 04 Envoy XL for the wife and she loves it. It is a pretty nice SUV. They ride really nice.
thanks! ours isnt the XL, and it doenst have all the bells and whistles, but we never would use onstar anyhow, the running boards we didnt like cause we want the chrome nerf bar ones, we both hate leather...the only thing we really wanted that we didnt get was a moonroof. we also didnt get 4wd but we really dont need that.

tru that yea like when i got my p5 zero down zero interest and zero payments for 12 months! And worst come to worst she can tow you out of bad situations. haha Anyhow i hate 4 runner no leg room in the back 6'3" leaves me hurrting haha.

Dude, my uncle just got a 04 toyota 4runner and after driving it, I love it. I love how the 04 looks and if the SUV isn't stiff, it's no SUV. As far as leg room for the rear, I wouldn't care too much cause I'll never sit back there but the 4runner is kinda small in space on the interior but I don't need it. Matthew, please don't scare us like that again.

lol...the 4runners are nice, but i had a 2wd, 4cyl, etc etc...it was almost completely base and yet we owed so much

i love the envoys.. especialy the gunmetal, pewter, grey ones, but it must be on dubs. -=P

BAH! damn you! (fuoops)

yea i traded in my '00 4Runner for it. damn you p5gurly!
An Envoy? Good luck, you'll need it. So far I've got 262,000+ trouble free miles with my Toyota. Can't say that for my friends and co-workers with Chevys... or Fords and Dodge products for that matter. That's why they always offer great deals to sell them because they don't sell themselves. Anyway, enjoy your new ride... really. Hope you don't have to drive it too much. The fuel cost alone these days can bankrupt a small country.

Great time to buy an SUV. I hope you enjoy forking over 2 $20 bills at the pump.
ok, its a little over ten dollars more expensive than my protege5 to fill up. its huge, i can take anything i want home when i have to drive home which is a 1200 mile one way trip. or should i try to cram everything into the protege and drive home with myself, my wife, my two dogs, and possibly children in the future? (dark)

Chrysler invented the mini-van for a reason...and there is such thing as a trailer for those occasional long distance trips...which you will need anyway if you try to go someplace with yourself, your wife, your wife's luggage, two dogs, and one or two children, and all of their luggage.

1) minivans are ******* ugly as hell
2) no i will not need a trailer. thats why the envoys come with roof racks. plenty of room in that truck for all kinds of s***, my two little dogs, and luggage. plus go to walmart and spend like 50 bucks and get something that attaches to the roof rack for additional space.

you can say what you want, but its a nice ass vehicle, and ive already bought it. stay out of this thread if you want to try to convince me that a minivan or your protege is a better purchase.

They've come a long way, but point taken...personally I think most of the SUVs on the road are ugly as hell.

My P5 has a roof rack...tie the dogs up there and you're all set. They're gonna stick their heads out the window anyway ;) Minivans come with them too.

I don't know, nothing against you personally. I just can't stand the abundance of SUVs on the road driven by people that don't need them. They don't fit in normal parking spaces (which means more dents in people's doors and bumpers), they provide poor visiblity dispite their height, they are prone to rollovers, and they are unsafe to other cars on the road due to their height.
