Traded CX-7 for speed3

I hope you are happy with your new purchase. Enjoy it!!(rockon)

You other guys need to be nice...he must feel like this right now....(stooges) with everyone jumping on him. ~smile~

I love the 3s too and might have gone that way if I hadn't wanted more clearance and AWD.

Enjoy your new ride!

MazdaSpeed 3 is nice....the buyer has reasons and who cares....being happy and feeling it was worth it, loss or not, is all that matters. Sometimes you gotta do things that don't always make the best dollar sense but just makes you happy! carpe diem! I just bought an '02 Mustang Convertible with a bunch of miles on it for a fun summer car....I did not need it but it makes me happY! Enjoy your ride!!

if i were still in school, that speed 3 would have been perfect. car is SOOO REDICULOUS, especially for the money. wow. you really dont have to do much to it right out of the box

Thats why I am an M.E.(mswerd)
It was a joke....sheesh...I was expecting someone to get the F&F reference...but I am pretty good at match which is why I am a S.E.

I'm still going to say the CX7 (for which I have) is a 12-15 MPG city and 15-18 MPG highway. Mazda needs to stop lying about the 18-25 MPG on this car.

what ever both the ms3 and the cx-7 are really fun and enjoyable cars!!!! Congrats i was going to get the ms3 but finally change my mind LOL!!!

I got 20 mpg on my last fill-up with about 60-40 highway/city driving. I live in Florida, so my A/C is running about 70% of the time. I also have a lead-foot, so a lot of the highway driving was at 80+.

My first few tanks were where you are at, but has been slowly getting better with each fill-up. I am just about to break 2,000 miles and am hoping for 22mpg this tank (pipe-dreams)

Ok, is it a difference between ECU maps then? Why are some CX7s getting 18-22 while most are getting 12-15?

Its the way you drive...when I drive I get like 16-18 but anytime my wife drives we always always get at least 21-23.

(werd) and lets not turn this into ANOTHER MPG thread.(deadhorse

you're right on point there spike. yeah, while I haven't seen mpg in the 20s, I have so much fun driving it and the looks r enough for me to b happy with the car.

me i hate the gas mpg on the cx-7 but i don;t care because i know is a turbo car , and i love it !!! I have so much fun driving this beast and i know the g35 sedan will have a bad mpg too but is a nice car so have fun and forget about the gas!!! My 2 cents

I get 22mpg on a consistant basis and I drive 80% highway and 20% city. I think the rating is dead on for my cx. I have read several on this board that claim to be getting 12-15 mpg but I have always gotten the advertised mpg rating.
