Traction Control wont turn on!!!!

I just installed a cp-e cai on my car. I disconnected the batterie to install it but when I installed the cai and connected the battery......the traction control turned off and wont turn back on .......though this is pretty cool cause i always wanted to turn it off but i rather it be on! someone help!!
