Torque Spec's

I need the torque spec's for the camshafts. My buddy is going to install them for me all I need is the tq spec's and anything else I need to know before going about this. He's worked on cars for 16 years the only problem is that he has never worked on our engine. Anyone have a how to about this? Any help would be a great help. Thanks, Evan

115 inch pounds, start in the middle and work ur way out. it will break if u tightin unevenly. did u get custom cams or just jdm?

I just got the JDM cams. One question though what are the other torques I will need to know for this? Like valve cover, what tension the timing belt needs to be, anything else I need to know? Thanks for your help! Evan
