hey everyone. my name is Connor. I had the great pleasure of taking over my older brother's 2005 Mazda 3 hatch back. I know he was on here for a while and he would tell me he was a member here. So I found his password and user name and hopped on. I have some sad news on the car though, after driving it for a few days the motor blew on me :-(. After doing some research, I found that it seems to be a common problem with the PVC valve or something like that, with it dumping oil into the motor and causing it to seize. I wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else and if so what did you guys do? And if it hasn't happened to anyone else, what do you think that I should do? I was hoping to sell the car, so I can atleast get some money for it. I'd ask my brother but he is away for work and I don't know when he will be home, he works on an oil rig, so he's barely ever home :-(. Any advice that you guys could give me would really help.
