At 70k my timing chain broke (under warranty), then 10k miles later I need an completely new short block (no warranty, $6k), 5k miles after that my turbo goes bad ($2k, but I'm going to sell before it gets fixed). Should have sold it after the timing chain, but now after 6k goes into repairs I'm selling. Doubt I'll get my money back for the repairs. Car doesn't even have 100k miles on it, interior is in perfect condition, exterior looks really good too, I've just had to replace just about everything under the hood. I took such good care of this car, it was my first new car so it was my baby. I had all my maintenance done at the dealer, all major work done there even after warranty was up. Seems like every time I would bring it in something major would go wrong a few months later. I really loved this car but I just can't believe how bad it turned out. I hope you all have better luck with your cars. So long fellow Mazda owners.
