Tonight; It's Chili Dogs!!! HELL YES!!!!!

My wife makes the best chili, with lots of ground chuck, and just the right spices. Tonight, I will bury (2) big ass beef franks (on buns - of course) with that chili, topped off with Cheddar cheese! And by God; I might just have to throw some 'Scoops' Fritos on top!

Oh yeah! I have SN Celebration Ale or Pyramid IPA currently in my inventory. Both, fabulous IPAs.

But; I may need to pick up a 22oz. of Arrogant Bastard for this little dinner.

Hmmmmm. I still have some Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA, too!!!!

oh you lucky sumbitch....that sounds SO damn good. Sometimes I get the craving for chilidogs so I just get some ball park franks and some canned chili and cut up a BIG ASS onion to put all over it.......it's by far the best food to watch sunday afternoon NBA games and races with. Snap a pic and let us drool.....

My favorite is Hormel Beanless Chilli and Kentucky Fried Chick Coleslaw. For some reason these two really bring out the taste of the other all slathered over an overstuffed hotdog and bun.

Another good one is the the hotdogs at 7-11. They have free chilli and nacho cheese. Fill up the little carton they put the hotdog in with an even mix of the chilli and cheese grab a knife and fork and enjoy. Be wary of the wrinkled up hotdogs they've been on the grill too long. This works best with the 1/4 pound hotdogs.
