TomTom Nav on my CX-5

I've got a 2014 CX-5 GT Tech Package have updated the Tom Tom SD card. When ever I use the nav, it keeps asking to share my searches and keeps asking to agree to the terms agreement.

How do you by pass this or prevent it from coming up?

Also, I know its a safety thing, but, is there a way to look up address or POI while driving? The reason I'm asking is that when ever I drive and we'd like to find a place, usually a restaurant or something, my wife, who is in the passenger seat, can't get to the search option because it's locked. Is it possible to unlock the Tom Tom nav?

You can remove the message in the settings and you cannot disable the safety lock. Thank the mcdonalds hot coffee suing type people for that.

I figured as much. Where would that be in the settings? I swear, I looked in the manual.

Yes, I searched the forum and found a major thread regarding the nav/stereo for the cx-5.

You can change whether you share this information with us at any time by doing the following:
1. In the Main Menu, tap Settings.
2. Tap Me and my device.
3. Tap My information.
4. Tap No to stop sharing or tap Yes to start sharing.

there is also a menu option for sharing but not getting the popup at startup
