titanium speed @ cypresswood

anyone here? it was around 9:30 @ cypresswood & 1960. think it had xenon bulbs.

I live around there and I was on 1960 around then but Cypresswood and 1960 don't intersect and my headlights are stock. I found out today there are 2 more titaniums close, one works at jones and 1960 and I another one was parked off 1960 but the exact location escapes me.
