Tires tirerack then install here?

Hey guys,

Came up for some air! Been a while since I posted but I need so help.

My tires are starting to squeel(sp) lately. Time to get new tires? Got 44.5k on the original tires. Tread looks good but my buddy told me to get some new tires. Looking at Kumo's from Tire rack. Where do you go to get them mounted and balanced? I live in Bartlett. Any input would be great. Thanks!

You can go to pepboys. I believe its $40.

If you get on Tirerack, they have a list of recommend installers.

But most any place is "cool" with you bringing in your own tires. Expect to pay $25 to $50 each (large range) depending on where you go.

nah the cords start to show before most of the tread is gone on these cars

Mount and balance is the reason I research online but then buy local. Often it all works out to the same price if not a bit cheaper.

yea bout 20 per tire is what I pay.

some places will price match tirerack prices and then add 10$ or so per tire since you would have to pay for shipping. Thats what I did at the local wheelworks.

yeah, $20 is what you'd usualy pay. I have a friend that works at a place around me that gave me then install, balancing and 4 wheel alignment for $40.

kallemeyn on 83 and ridgeland. they have never scratched any of my wheels, and they are about 15-19 dollars a wheel. very nice people, and if they arent busy, you can wait for it.
