Tires on M3 GT Sport

Anyone else get a different tire than the RS-A's?

They don't have a rim guard, and I'd like to protect my wheels....

Thanks.

on the reg 3 i think some areas were getting a toyo tire not sure as to which style though... i had the rsa and am glad i bought new summer wheels and no longer have to deal with it... take a look on tire rack and see what your options are and then search localy sometimes a local shop can beat or at least come close enough to tire rack that it makes it worth it. i believe you can put the rim protector into one of the search filters

I'm not really interested in throwing away the stock rubber, just hoping there might have been a different tire out there that might be on a car sitting in stock a the dealership.

I should be taking possession of the car next week, and the sales guy I deal with is pretty flexible. If there's a car on the lot with the same wheels and different tires, he'll swap them for me, no prob.

You don't need a rim protector, just be careful! lol, no but really the goodyear RSA's aren't that great. I found them to be loud, and they aren't that great in the snow... I know they are all season but they are more like three seasons here in Montreal

I won't be using them in the snow next year. I picked up the car at the end of Feb, so I'm not springing for snow boots in March; I'll wait until next year.

I guess I'm stuck with the RS-A's....
