are you sure your lights shine through that? daytime driving might get "interesting" if they don't...

they look real dark, thats why i got rockblockers light smoked, so if i do have trouble with the cops i could take it off. really no going back after night shade.

There is actually a VHT product that can remove it.
It is a little dark for me, but it looks cool.

As far as looks go (2thumbs). But did you sacrifice function? I just wonder if people behind you will know you are applying your brakes/turning during daylight hours.

yea, well when i was painting them, they didnt seem to be getting dark, so i kept assing coats, but then after they dried they were dark dark, i like the looks, and believe it or not you can see them in the day and night, and thanks to mazda for the 3rd brake light on the spoiler, that helps too. the pics are kinda of deceptive, when in person you can actually see the red behind it. also i had the rockblocker overlays, but i could not get them to line up, got mad and tossed em in the trash.

Looks great on a white P5, great work. I just did mine not to long ago with the same tint spray. I made a couple stensels though and left the turn and revearse lights untinted:

Damn that's dark. Screw that. Add extra bright lights for me. I don't want to be hit from the rear.

Actually for all of you who think this is to dark and will cut out light to much, it will not. Mine are still pretty bright and I still have the stock bulbs in. Here is a pic of mine without the brakes even applied(they get even brighter than this):

thay may look fine at night, but in a sunny day with glare it won't show tru

i have to remove a small amount off mine because they were really too dark

Exactly. Does it look cool? Sure thing. I'd do it myself for show, but not for daily driving. Too many people don't pay enough attention these days. Also, I don't need to draw anymore attention to my car that the po-po would need to hassle me. Been driving without a front plate for 3 years. Shhhhh.
