I think he would do a group discount
especially that he was a very good individual
i talked to him and asked him about some stuff and he was very patient and polite

the guy's shop is in manassas and last i heard they are also a performance shop, so like hitting two birds with one stone.

If i were in your place, i would get a group, talk to the owner/manager and seriously think about getting a group discount

How bad are the VA police on window tinting?

I see some fuckers out there with 5% window tint, but I never know. In my case, my luck has run out, so I figure I should play fair.

I seriously CANNOT afford another ticket, as I'm skating on thin ice (30 day suspended jailtime) as it is!

I really want 20% all the way around, but what do you all perceive the "safe" maximum to be?
