I'll join the group rate. I contacted LA Ting and California Tint, and both would not go under $200.

Viper, who did you deal with at LA Tint and how did you pay so low? It'd definitely help us out if we knew the guy who you dealt with. Were you satisfied with their work?

Would love to get tints 35% all around....but I dunno about paying $200 clams. That's performance price range.

No they didn't ask what tint. What's the difference? One better than another? La Tint actually said they won't go below 229 because if competitors are willing to do it for cheaper, that's because they use a different film.....La Tint thinks they got the best film.....like it won an academy award or something. (lol)

Yeap there are different films. The standard one that bubbles and fades in time and the metallic which is the opposite. Man, with that price, it should come with a lifetime warranty.

Yeah I think it did come with a lifetime warranty. Def. if I'm getting tints I want it to last forever, or have that warranty. Maybe paying over 200 isn't bad at all.........but I can get that Injen CAI hahahhahahha. hmmmmmm....decisions decisions.

Lisa, make sure the group deal is with the good film and lifetime warranty from bubbles and fading.

Reminder, call tint specialists in Alexandria. 159 for 35% tint and warranty against fading and bubbles.

I had a slight problem with one window (a sliver of film got sandwiched between the window and tint) and they fixed right away, no questions asked, no hassle.

I need tint too, this is a great idea. I was thinking of going 35% on the door windows and 20% on the 3 rear hatch windows... but if you all dont think thats a good idea legally, I can go 35% all around. With a black interior its going to look really dark anyways. I just hate to flip my mirror for night driving... I am so lazy... lol

I still have the contact that might be able to hook us up for $100.
He works at a performance store in chantilly. He does some major work as far as suspension and audio. He says tint should be easy, but he's not the tint guy there.

Idono what to expect, but I'll guinea pig it and see how it turns out.

I said i'd do it a long time ago, its just I've been SLAMMED recently, havent had time for jack lately.

We'll see.

wow...the list is getting huge. I am gonna call California Tint as well. Friend of mine got her Civic done for $200 with the warranty and CA Tint has a good rep.
