Tighten 2022-23 CX-5 Chassis Nuts & Bolts @ 15K?

I see in the owners manual that there is a scheduled maintenance at 15K miles. It states "T" tighten chassis nuts and bolts and again every 15K miles thereafter.
Has anyone seen this in previous years and has anyone had this service performed ? I understand the splash shield has to be removed for the front and the back is accessible- Roughly 26 different nuts / bolts total front and rear - It seems odd that these would need service at all ever - but that's why I'm posting and asking. Thanks !!

I had an Acura where they would tighten chassis bolts at certain intervals. Car always felt tight after they did it.
I've never had Mazda service mention or recommend it.

I have the owners manuals for 2014, 2016, 2021 and 2022.
2014 says to do it yearly.
2016, 2021 and 2022 say to do it every other year.
