"THUD" after installing RMM

Hello, I have a 2008 MS3 with 30k miles on it. I havent been having trouble with my RMM, but I wanted to change it out. Today I changed it out and I have been getting a THUD sound when starting and stopping the engine. I don't have trouble driving, shifting, or hard shifting, only a thud when stopping the engine. It feels like it is coming from below the motor, but with a brand new mount I am not sure what is going on.

The RMM is a CP-E 62a

Is this normal, or is something wrong. I am checking for loose bolts tommorow, but does anyone have any other ideas?

Your engine might be hitting something during movement. either the mm is bad or you installed it wrong

or are you talking about when cranking the engine on and shutting the engine down is when this "thud" happens? If thats the case get someone to crank it for you while you look under the hood/car to see whats going on

I got under my limited ramps and creeper and figured out the shop I had mount it ignored only only direction highlighted in red. MOUNT WITH CP-E side down. I had another shop fix it and boom, working perfect. Anyone else who has this issues I highly recommened getting under the car and making sure you can see the CP-E on the mount.
