This Lip...?

that's the CF splitter for the buddy club2 front bumper.

do some searching, there are a few replicas around also. I've heard fitment is an issue w/ these though.

well ive heard of fitment issues with the buddy club kit but at far as the lip, i dunno. the lip has to be used with the front bumper, they go hand in hand

but looking at it, it looks like a universal type thing. like double stick tape it to bottom of bumper, some screws if possible and be done. but i could totally be wrong. has any body done this with a stock msp bumper?

Well, its not a lip, but a splitter...I thought you were refering to the whole front bumper fascia. But, imo, the splitter can be used on any application although the indention on the center is made for the BC2 bumper fascia. Get one, send it to me, and I can try it


EDIT- they do have an universal one with out the indentation that straight...

oh yes, I was referring to fitment issues w/ the bumper. As per the splitter itself, I'm not sure if it will flow w/ the stock bumper. The splitter follows the contour of the bc2 kit, which looks "rounder" (can't think of a better way to describe it at the moment).

i think i will try this sometime this summer. cause i think it looks pretty good. but getting it to fit could be another question. the only thing i worry about is the sides hanging out more then the front. or the corners coming out more. if you know what i mean

i know msprotegetuner has one..but he's got the BC2 bumper also. i believe it's a couple of screws into the kit and the rods out in front. just use the universal one. I had planned on using this as well. we'll see.

hmmmm.... that splitter would look nice on the stock front end of the msp... but that kit does look nice no our cars

I think for the 03 MSPs it will be a much better look. I don't think it will go with the front lip of the 03.5. I was looking into this, and I thought the 03.5 lip was not completely flat along the bottom. That would look SEHR goofy IMO. Honestly though, I may be wrong, I haven't seen my car in months.

yea I think it would look nicer on the 03 than the 03.5 since it kinda resembles the stock splitter but it just protrudes more and just looks a hell of a lot hotter too.
