This is how I conduct buisness

I am in the process of getting screwed by Al Smith.. I got my car back from service and it has a few dents and scratches in the rear drivers door. They are trying to blame it on the Roadside, but roadside is saying they have no record of towing my car. I believe that I am going to have to take similar action. I would like to talk to you about this a little more K-S-W. Because they also didnt tighten my sway bar endlinks, and it almost fell off.
 
If you ever get bored and want to see other posts about Al Smith Mazda you can search the forum because you are not the only one with a less than sunny review for them. They basically act like they are doing you a favor by communicating to you, they fail to complete jobs and generally act like you (the customer) are the problem.

That is simply how Al Smith Mazda Service dept. does business. When my exhaust had a crack in a weld and I called to schedule an appointment they asked me if my car was modified in any way because many of the MSP's they have seen are modified. I said it had a turbo timer and the service rep on the phone basically told me the exhaust repair would not be covered by my warranty. He followed up with saying ANY MODIFICATION would void the warranty so I chose not to even bother with them considering the previous visit when I had a free oil change done included them failing to include my oil cap(boom01)

And do not assume I'm some unreasonable patron. I'm extremely mild manored with service departments because I know they take a great deal of flack from know-it-all customers so I try to take as plesant of an approach as possible and let them do there job.
