205/40's, rolled and pulled fenders, and 2.5-3.5* camber and you should be close...

I was told that a 215/40's would fit just about right but my problem is the fender, would the hit? camber? forgive me lol but I know nothing about camber, the only thing I know is the that its about the alignment of the wheel i guess...

What would cause lumpy inside wear on rear tires? one side is terrible and the other side is starting on my new tire :/

That's called feathering. It's caused by a combination of camber and bad toe or caster. It will eat tires up pretty fast.

Just throwing it out there but check and make sure the rim on your wheel is not bent. I had that happen on my wifes Speed3 when we had new tires installed for the first time. I remember we got it aligned at the dealer but the rear looked too negatively cambered but I was told it was in spec. Anyways after a couple months the wife hit a good pothole and bent one of the rear's and it caused an uneven wave wear pattern. We had the car rechecked by another local Mazda dealer and they had told us it was still within spec so the rim was to blame. Many variables to check on just in case.

Will any alignment shop do an alignment with it being lowered and having the negative camber? It doesn't appear rear alignment is something I can adjust at home..

And dark I thought the same thing but both sides are having the same issue... I don't think I could have bent both rear wheels and not damaged the front :/ plus I am beyond careful and haven't hit any major pot holes or bumps at any high speeds

The chances are they'll look at you funny for having that much camber but they shouldn't refuse to work on it. Just make sure you tell them to only adjust caster and toe since you need the camber where it's at now.

It can't hurt to have your wheels balanced too but it's not really necessary unless you feel wobbling at highway speeds.

Firestone does alignments on lowered cars... But they do it to factory specs (according to the guy in the actual store) I went out and talked to my tech and he did it to the specs i wanted, but he also left one of the alignment bolts loose so i wont be going back.

I'd look for a local independent shop that can do alignments on race cars. They're have more experience with low cars and camber adjustments.
