The Progression of my V.1 Street Sleeper Turbo build

shouldn't the WB be further back in the exhaust? ya, my o2 is pretty close as well, but it doesn't hit like yours..

Auto Meter requires the WB O2 in turbo applications to be mounted 4" - 5" after the turbo on the downpipe.

...do you have the mam midpipe? mine is right after the connection between the downpipe and midpipe? your readings seem normal?? i just thought that was a bit close, but it's certainly 5"...

My before cat O2 sensor is screwed up and I want to replace it. Can I use the after-cat sensor (no longer in use and sitting in a box) and just change the connector (they're different) or is it a completely different sensor?

Problem...
Each has 4 wires. 2 black, 1 blue, 1 white. How do I determine which black to black I should splice?

wires out of the sensor are like this:
Black Blue
White Black

out of the connector:
Black Blue
Black White

They have already been cut...

I'll have to look back at how I did mine when I get some sleep, and some freetime (oncall sux!). On another note, take care to properly separate the splices from one another. There was a time when I kept blowing my engine fuse, and didn't know why. Heat and pressure caused the shrink rapping on the splices to melt, and they made contact. Separate them good.

It's all good. I managed to get hold of one of my shop guys (Sunday) and he said the black wires don't have to be matched. I went ahead and spliced the rest together, the car fired up and I went for a 40 km cruise with no issues. Regarding the splices, they are probably a good 10" away from the DP and wrapped in sheathing as well so heat won't be an issue. Thanks for your help tho'. :)
