The paint on my CWP Speed3 is complete crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is more than likely coming out as a stupid question, but everyone with VenturShield, when you wash and wax your car, do you wax the cover or not?

I treat it just like the paint. It gets washed and waxed (I use Rejex on the vette) just like the rest of the car...

I don't know if anyone does or not, but I reccomend to all my customers (as does VentureShield themselves) that you wax the film just as you do the car. I know on 3M it will force it to turn yellow and crack though, so only do it if you have VentureShield. Just make sure to go "with" the film so you don't get that waxy white line across your hood. If you do happen to, an old, soft toothbrush can be used to get rid of it.

If there are any small scratches or anything, I use Plexus polish.

Friend, and I both have the 3m and we wax it with no problem, and it has never turned yellow, our crack. Installer told use to wax it just like the car.

Been on my car for 3 years, and his for a year. and I wax once a month.
