That's a bad one. Can you drill and tap the aluminum head like you would elsewhere? I've heard aluminum heads are touchy to fool with in this regard.

Ya its a really soft metal. I've never tried it b4 so I don't really know what it entails. But I would assume that once your re-tapping the threads you would need to be real careful...

its almost startable (far from driveable).

2 exhaust manifold bolts are a no go, **** it im just trying to start it after 4 years.

everything is together but some various parts are MIA

front o2 sensor, radiator drain plug, my f'n injen intake pipe is MIA, battery tray, battery.

Ok so the turbo install begin date is officially set. Friday, August 28th. Are there any people that would like to help out? Free food and beer (if you're old enough) and if you need a place to crash for a night for any reason, you're all set.

I also need someone to recommend a shop that can fab me up a custom downpipe sometime in the next 2-3 months. I have the flanges and the pipe and only need them to cut it all right and weld it nice and tight. Preferrably some place in central OH since I would have to drop the car off. Thanks guys and hope to see you at the beach meet on July 11th!

Damn that sucks man. You wouldn't happen to be free during the actual week after that weekend would ya? I'm gonna be on break so I won't have anything at all going on and I could work on it during the week instead so you could come down.
