The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

Don't forget to rent that rear brake piston pusher-inner tool, yO! (yes, that's the technical term for it. Ask any tech at Mazda)

Well... Proteges use a fun allen head bolt in the rear of the caliper to retract the piston.
3's have two holes in the face of the piston that you push and twist simulatneously to retract the piston. Levi and I did his car with needle nose pliers. Hurts the hand. There is a specialty tool (of course) that assists with it. It's kinda similar to VW's method. I'm not sure how the 6's are, but I assume it's similar to the 3.

Wow, that sucks. I wanted to do the 6 BBK for my car, but now maybe I'll consider the 3000GT option a bit more, lol.

Yeah... as long as everyone remembers that the Land Rover takes all priority over anything else. Pretty much the reason I set up this thing. A friend had a Land Rover imported from the UK, and is driving it back home from Jersey. He's stopping at the house along the way. It needs some work done. It needs to get done so he can go the rest of the way home.
