Just wanted to let you guys know that Tom Long and Andrew Carbonell will be attending and offering instruction at the Autointerests/ Smokey's Dyno Labor Day Event! I am reaching out to a few more of my friends to see if I can get them here as well.

I am working with Jason, Tim Wadsworth of Track First to make this an event for everyone. We are thinking about having a car show for the hard parkers, something for kids and wives to do as well.

Let me know what you guys think about this.

I'm on the fence about the car show idea.

I will be meeting with them to how they want to best use their time to coach and teach, both classroom and track. I am also going to try and get Marc Miller and Stevan McAleer from CJ Wilson Racing to come out as well. I am sure if they have the time, they'll come out and lend a hand.

The purpose of the carshow is to try and bridge the gap for between the hardparkers and the track junkies, trying to reach out to the community as a whole. We'll see how it goes and if we can make the car show, food trucks and family entertainment happen.

I'm pretty excited though. Been itching for another auto-x since that cold one almost a month ago.

I've been dying to get out there this season. Once I replace my rear shock, I'll be able to come out to some AutoX events finally. I recently discovered the shock was blown because it started leaking oil. So I have to order a new shock from BC.
