The Mitty ~ April 27 - 29, 2012

Looks like we've been invited by GRM, with the enthusiastic backing of JD @ Mazdaspeed Motorsports, to organize the Mazda Car Corral at the Mitty again this year. For any of you classic car buffs, this is an event NOT to miss!! We will need volunteers to help us out, anyone up for making the trek south at the end of April?

Marlon has arranged for free camping, for any of you so inclined to do so. You will get a free ticket for the weekend and be able to attend all the functions. (no meatballs for Phenda-bear, though!)

I'm willing to do the drive again, hopefully I can combine it with my sisters graduation. I'd love to do the fast laps this time around

I may go, I have to check the funds as we get closer. It would be hit or miss but I'm hoping.

Unfortunately, the way it looks now I won't be able to make it. My relief partner wants to stay home through May 10 to attend a graduation so I probably won't be home until after that. If something changes I'll try to make it (probably solo this time as I'd want to bring the Miata and the boss has said no more long trips in it for her).

Around 10-10.5 hours from the Akron area. Depends on how many stops we have to take for weak bladders.

Had an awesome time at Daytona (as usual) but ready to venture to other tracks!

I'll try and get my FL people to step their game up, we have been struggling lately to attend events, but we stepped up for Daytona!
