The reason for the Mitsubishi Logo under the Mazda Logo is that in the early days,
Mazda did not have a dealer/distributor network...So they sold these trike trucks through Mitsubishi.

I was there last year for the museum and factory tour.
Unfortunately, Mazda doesn't build the 3 at that factory.

Looks like a concept for the Mazda 2. The proportions, lines and the lights look more like the 2.
