The empty grill is finally here!

I know a bunch of you guys on the forum commented about the grill in my sig pic, and how much you like it... some of you know already that this pic is photoshoped and no Mazda accessory dealer sells this unit....UNTIL NOW!!

Through a fellow forum member i contacted a guy who sells the only after market grill we are all familiar with. I asked him if it would be possible to cut out the middle bar and smooth sides, as well as putting a black mesh behind it...

he told it was possible but not worth it for him to make just one.

So basically this thread is for anyone to add their name to reserve one.

He told me if i get 10 people interested he would make the piece for $150!

the unit comes pre primed. ready to be painted and instaled

If I get more people im sure he'll reduce the price to even less. So write down your forum name and number in line.

i actually thought about that too, but your hood has a built in piece to direct air in the filter. and discussing with other forum members we've come to the conclusion that you may actually be receiving more are flow... but then again we have no hurricane room or other type of testing lab.
