Shortrams had the worst headsoak issues but since you guys have the tmic you may be able to get around it. So has anyone re routed their windshield nozzles to spray the tmic yet? Seen it done on other cars that didn't have the intermittent sprayer. just food for thought or the next how-toSamdiver74 said:Ok cool so with this intake you still retain the stock battery, sweet.
I have also been looking at this kit, AutoExe Ram-Air Intake System (4cyl) kit

although pricey sure looks sweet and is probably really functional.
So does the CPE CAI come with the filter, and what about filter cleaner and recharge oils? I will probably get the CPE CAI, cause it smooths out the airflow, compared to the stock intake pipe, which would be retained by both these other kits.
The other kit AutoExe Sports Type Intake that Corksport has, is a K&N cone filter

so I am assuming that it is the same filter that comes in the AutoExe Ram-Air Intake System (4cyl) kit.
I tell you what sounds nice, even though this is off topic, is the Magnaflow exhaust for the Subaru STI, just check it out sometime on the magnaflow site

Clip 2 sounds great if you have surround sound. listen to clip 1 and Tell me that the STI doesn't have the perfect growl.
