Tensioner pulley assembly

Hello Everyone,

My belt is starting to squeak and i noticed my tensioner pulley seems to be going. You will see in my photos bellow. There is a gap that is causing the belt to be slightly angled causing the squeak. I can compress it back in and the sound disappears, I'm wondering if i need a new assembly or is it possible to tighten something up in there.

Belt looks worn out so mind as well change the tensioner as well. Check How to section for this.
