Taking Apart The dash

Hello all...I am a MS6 owner and really want to run my ipod through my stereo...I have read all the other posts so have an idea of what Im going to do, but here's the tricky part...how does one go about taking apart the dash to get at the head unit?? My car is leased so I really want to do it right and not break anything, and I really don't want to pay Mazda to do it!! Any help and guidance with this would be much appreciated!

Drop your glovebox, remove the string, then find the 10mm bolt holding the stereo in. Next, remove the cup holders. Remove the shift knob and shifter surround, careful to not pull the ashtray lighting wires out. Next, remove the bolts at the bottom of the center stack. Head unit should pull out slightly and give you enough room to work.
