Heres an idea, call the police. This is a crime regardless of what paypal will or will not do. If th epolice are jack offs to you then call the district attorney in your area and in his. Next up, newspapers in his area.

I would definately get everyone together and take some kind of action...We dont need ******* ass holes like him stealing people's hard earned money...

UPDATE!!!

I posted what I did in this thread on the 25th, and in another on the 24th (called the credit card company). I just received a FEDEX package this morning, shipped date of the 25th, and it's the exhaust!

You heard right, I FINALLY got my exhaust from HSM.

Where does he live?

I would save the money I would spend on a lawyer and go visit his ass.

if this happened to me I would not have the patients or money for legal action.

I would pay the guy a visit and "insist politly" that I have my money back or my product.

p.s. it dosnt hurt to take a friend or 4

Screw the friend,

a blanket and a Louisiville are all I need.

(smash)

errr...I mean...legal action, that's the right thing to do.

HAHAHA! Indeed.

I agree with everybody else. Take the b**** to court. It's an easy case for a dozen+ people to win against one guy. And if he finally has started delivering product? Well too ******* bad! Somebody on here said it's been three months! THREE MONTHS!!! Call the cops man. It must be done.

Before this thread had even been started the remainder of the exhaust systems had already been shipped and are on there way to people that have paid. I apologized to everyone once for everything and I know that wasnt good enough for most but I assured you all that I was going to make up for it and I am. I dont think it's fair to talk about hanging someone or to send them mail threatining them or their family because I ****** up and went broke. I am trying to make good on all of this and if you would chill, I will show you all that i'm not the asshole that one mistake has made me out to be. I love this board and I love my mazdaspeed. I love the info and the friends that I have aquired from this board and I am regretful for the ones I have lost for my mistakes. things will be taken care of and made right.

I respect the fact you responded. Should all of those that ordered and paid expect there due product? Again, I am not a part of this but I feel bad for all those that are now afraid to buy anything from existing forum members as a result of this fiasco. Please specify if possible what those who are still waiting should expect.

Making up for it usually doesn't mean shipping them the product they paid for long ago. It typically means going above and beyond what they were already due.

Thankfully I'm not involved, but I feel for my peers who were almost screwed out of their money, and it makes me feel like I am involved.

I hope people don't lose faith in future good deals available here on "our" forum.

hehe
good to hear from u memphis, how's everything going for u now?
hope it's better than before.

WHOO HOOO!
Ok, so he wasn't bullshitting. I did get my axel back today. A little late (well a lot late), but I did get it. I just wish that Corey had kept us all "in the loop" a little better than he did... I have to say, that I looks like a nice peice of hardware. better than I expected. I would like to know how it sounds, but I am having a bit of trouble getting those muffler hangers out of the little rubber thingys. Anyone know of an easy way to get those loose without doing any cutting? The little knobs welded to the ends of the hangers have got me a bit "hung" up!

Get some silicone spray lubracant. it will make taking the hangers on and off a damn walk in the park.
