Tail light problem please help!!!

My tail light's won't work when I push the brakes ..... if the light's or on the tail lights work.... but they won't flash when I push the brake pedal... lights can be earthier on or off... but they won't flash when the brake pedal is push.... all the fuses are o.k.... CAN ANYBODY HELP ME????

um, check the bulbs?

Well the bulbs will light up when the lights are on.... they just don't flash with more intensity when the brake pedal es push.

there are two filaments in the bulbs. it is entirely possible that the brake light filament has gone out, but the running light filament has not. so, check the bulbs.
