T-shirts anyone?

I was just wondering if we had any t-shirts for our local... if not, do we have a graphics designer (or anyone) willing to take the reigns of some possible t-shirt designs? When we get some designs in we can have a poll and pic our favorite. Winner gets there shirt free? I thought it might be nice to have some for when we do group stuff, especially in places where we would get exposure and get our name out more...

I'll get some prices for us after we figure out what we want, but i'm guessing no more than $10-$12/shirt depending on style and demand.

Lol just a quick warning as you haven't hung around the groups yet...be prepared for some off the wall stuff.

I shirt with the gacc graphic many of us run on our helmets wouldn't be too bad

can't tell if that was a compliment... no one's trying to take any reigns here, I'm just a proactive individual who would like to see my local zoom enthusiasts share some of the fun that other forums have been taking part in for years... i'm looking for friends, not foes.

that being said, i like the GACC logo... does anybody know if there are any rights that need to be consulted before being put on apparel? Also, what would show others who/what we are?

What are the color preferences?

Do we have an established treasurer, or just someone that we know AND trust to handle the money should we choose to order these shirts? Obviously no one here knows me yet and the title "new-jack" kinda portrays a sense of resent, so i don't yet fall under either category and would not expect anyone to hand over any $$$ to me for the threads...

Lol pay dale no mind he means well most of the time.

As far as a club or treasurer basically I think we all decided a long time ago bonafide clubs and stuff were a royal pain and tend to introduce more drama than needed. We are all just a group of friends that share a common interest and at some point have owned a mazda of some sort. As far as the gacc logo that's of our own design and don't need and released rights and I believe barry has the ability to print up t shirts. If this does go along I trust my money to barry if he is going to print up shirts. As far as color solid color dark t shirts for me are a preference I ruin white shirts.
 
It was just to get you used to the way things go about these parts. Be prepared to get harassed ALOT. However, that might just be because I'm Dale.... hmmm....

All I'm gonna say is if you make a "duh" statement, be prepared to get a little grilled.


That all being said, tee's sound like a great idea. I'd be game for one. It needs to be more than just the GACC logo though. Perhaps a silhouette of an MSP, Miata, P5, and Rx-7 somewhere. Either way, my .02. Also, I trust Barry too.

Actually its mostly just you dale..don't worry we used to do the same to muff and others from time to time.

The only problem I forsee about the mazda thing on the gacc shirt is that some don't drive mazdas or don't drive specific mazda models
 
Yes, but isn't the GACC a Mazdas247.com specific club? Therefore, it'd only be appropriate.

Either way, I could care less. Perhaps just put the GACC logo inside of the Georgia/Alabama silhouette and put in quotes below it "When any penis joke will do."

The GACC section was added to the forum, yes...but the club existed outside of the forum before that.
 
Really? My bro works for S3 now. He said that unofficially, if I get my Colt with a 4G63 swap, some decent rims, and perhaps drop it a hair, I could get on the cover. How sick would that be?

It's a decent mag too.
 
Cool. Who supercharged a P5? Was it worth it over turboing? I thought that was the problem with the Cobalt SS' and why they went turbo.

Cool deal. I assume the MPV was Foolish?

Matty P had the SCP5, it has it's pluses and minuses over a turbo. Yeah the MPV is Eric. I didn't know the Cobalt went to turbo, I knew the Mini S did.
