Swift springs coming out this month!

damn.. It seems what I said about valving bilstein's with no charge to the springs is not accurate. It's only true on non application strut/shocks. Bilstein said if it comes with valving pre-set then it would cost more to custom valve them. You can get it valved to your specs when new still with cost but I think OTS valving will suffice most likely...I guess it was too good to be true.

Spec, have you had your car out on the highway cruising around 75-80? if so how do they ride and take bumps?? I drive the highway daily to and from work is the reason for asking.

Honestly on bumps they feel softer; Otherwise they will much like stock, but a lil less harsh. They don't have that jolt feeling over bumps. I called and asked why they feel softer when they are rated stiffer and Len told me their springs react faster; makes sense to me.. I think Swift with bilstein sports would be insane< i'm in the process on getting them actually.. Even now, without an alignment, I can tell a difference in corners. you will like them.

im looking to purschase these springs for my 2011 ms3, is there a website i can go to purchase them or do i have to call swift directly? any help would be appreciated thnx in advance.

Either get in touch with MAP (modern automotive performance) they are selling them for 312 shipped or call Swift directly and talk to Len. Mention my name if you call Swift directly.Name is Oshin pronounce like Ocean.

Out of curiosity...

Anyone tried them with the Koni FSD ?

Note : I know that Koni doesn't recommend spring lower than stock...

I can't believe my car was ever that tall!?!? It makes me sick to my stomach. Please, can we start a charity to lower all performnce vehicles? Looks good man.

LOL.... I need to lower mine, soon, as well. It does not like to stick to the ground at a Porsche Club Road Racing event here in the South. Too much torque and the tires like to spin too much. My Speed3 only has 4k miles on it.

The ride would be horrible unless you did something to somehow regain the suspension travel that you lose by lowering.

Yeah, you should not use them on FSD's. I'm going with Bilstein SP myself. Swift with oem strut/shocks do fairly well. Comfort is close to stock but you can feel the handling improvement under hard cornering. I still need to get an alignment, but even then I still believe they handle better. Gen2 struts are not horrible like
gen1's so ride with swifts are fine. On the bigger/steeper bumps you can still the stiffnes but its a compromise you need to make for better handling and looks. I think going with higher performance shocks will improve this and the handling way more.

can you post up some up close pics with these springs?? all the pics appear from far back. up close please?!!

Just saw your in lake forest.. You can call Swift directly and pick them up... Talk to Leonard at SWIFT and say Oshin referred you... he might be able to hook you up without going through a vendor. Swift doesn't have the conventional vendor network so he might be able to hook you up.BUT if you choose you can go through edgeautosport or MAP for now
