i have the hp kit, which uses the same springs. spring rates are higher than your stock rates, almost the same as the tein rates. the hp's have a hard time controlling them on some rougher roads. however, i think the adjustability of the illuminas would work a little better. plus, the illuminas have a shorter sturt body, which is better suited to lowering.
I live in a area with a bunch of rougher roads. Coventry, CT... awful. lol...
I am looking to go lower. those will drop me about an Inch. and I just want a smooth ride... not feeling every bump I go over like I do now.
i just installed the HP/espelir combo. and it rides very good. just the right drop, 1.4 inches. very even and clean.
still have to get my rear swaybar/clunk kit on. had some issues with fitting and lining everything up. trying to figure it out. so right now im riding no rear swaybar and it drastically decreases the handling on the car.lol it sucks
