Suspension setup for a nooB

OK guys, I need a verdict. I have a p5 that I will not be autoXing. I may every now and them but nothing serious. This is my daily driver. I have ordered the MSP springs, and am looking into getting new struts. So which bar is the best? Judging from the posts so far, its between the 19mm adj bar from AWR or the 20mm MSP bar with AWR links.

I am same as vaMP5er, no autox, daily driver, but drive hard. I want to get MSP 20mm bar on my P5, but all the other accessories are very confusing to a beginner who knows almost nothing and don't want to jack up the car and find out missing something, can anyone come up a complete solution for me? thx in advance.

If you are stuck on the MSP 20mm, it sounds like you will need the <MSP subframe OR the AWR mounts> AND <the MSP endlinks OR the AWR endlinks>.

I would not recommend the msp rear sway anymore. Just the clunking and the brackets..blah! Get the 19mm AWR rear swaybar, AWR adjustable endlinks, the MSP springs, and the tokico hp struts. That will work like a charm. Additional cost will be installation and alignment.

If I get the 19mm AWR + adjustable endlinks, do I need to get the AWR brackets and bushings?

The AWR 19mm comes with the adjustable endlinks, brackets and bushings. Nothing else to buy...

there are few threads about this, with pics and everything. garretts77 started one in the "how-to" section.

incidentally, my MSP bar fits my ES fine. the bar came w/ MSP endlinks and bushings (ebay). i installed it as-is on the car, and it has worked fine for 6 months. it does clunk over potholes, though.

i'm switching to the 21.5 in the spring when i install some coilovers. i didn't realize it was hollow- that's great. hollow bars are much stiffer (and lighter) than equally-sized solid bars.
