I stay with the original size 205 45 17 and it cost me 210 each, tax in, installed and balanced in FCP tires and mags.
Kumho 712 is another good choice too, and less expensive than the ES100.
There is a guy who wrote about those tires in this thread. Msp-titanium is his name, unless you've talked to him, I don't know anyone... sorryCameleon3 said:I know $205 each tire is the norm...but I am trying to see if I could save some extra bucks since I just bought a house 6 months and there are A LOT of renovations to do.
Anyone ever hear of tires called Marshal Matrac?? I know a guy that can sell me those tires (205/45ZR17) for $550. Supposedly, he has installed them on many cars...including WRX...Integras...etc...
Cameleon3 said:I ended up buying Yokohoma A520s...BEAUTIFUL TIRES...Supposedly they wear fast but it's TOTALLY worth it....those tires stick!!! I bought them at FCP...$155 a tire (taxes and balancing included)...
Thanks again for all your help guys/gals!!!
Red Baron said:I had A520's on my old 1990 Civic Si and they were INCREDIBLE (185/60-14)! But on my 2000 Civic EX (185/65-14) they were so noisy I took them off the car after a month. They generated a high pitch noise that just got on my nerves. I hope this won't be the case with your size.

Up to now everything has been great...I almost made my buddies s*** themselves when I took a sharp turn at about 130km...boy!!! do they stick!!!
