Stupid reverse...

Going back to thinking you are in first and are in reverse? That is impossible. As soon as you pull the stick right it pops up SPECIFICALLY so you dont put it back in reverse thinking you are in first... Very strange.

It was a stupid move, but it wasn't that I went back into first from reverse, it was that I thought I was in first while still in reverse. lol I was concentrating on someone accross the street.

Oh, I think everyone on the post thinks you couldnt get it out of reverse and back into first.

It happened to me too when I first got the car. I'll still do it every now and then. Just be careful I guess.

I've never accidentally gone into reverse looking for first. But when I first got the car, one day I put it into 6th instead of reverse.

A friend of mine once tried to drive my MS3 and didnt know about the reverse lockout, so he put it in first thinking it was R, and then moved over to third thinking it was first, and then wondered why he kept stalling every time he tried to pull out. I laughed the first few times before I correct him.

Dont sweat it though, man, I still have the same issue every so often. Just gotta take a split second to make sure you come out of R, thats all.
