yeah, I guess you're right Kahukah, it just amazes me that it doesn't stick past grade/high school, as it is insanely popular up until then; you're right though.
and the reason it became so popular is all the marketers pushing this impression of a monther who's children play soccer are more "upper crust" than other families...part of that whole, make it something that people want to be, and let them be that by making it available to them, under a guise that ownership of a product=becoming what it signifies
